Alamy is a professional photo agency based in the UK. This plugin will help you manage any photos you have submitted to Alamy, directly from within Adobe Lightroom. You can still use Alamy's online tools, or a mixture of the two, but hopefully this will remove a few steps and make things easier for you.
You can download and read the manual here.
There is a video of the plugin in use here.
* There is a bug in Lightroom 3 on MacOS which may prevent the plugin from accessing web services correctly. Several plugins are affected. Adobe are aware of the problem and have a fix planned but in the meantime I'm afraid I can't offer any solution. If you are using Lightroom 3 on MacOS, please try the plugin before you buy!
You can download and use the plug-in as a demonstration for FREE. These links will also work to update an existing copy, licensed or not.
Without a license, it is limited to working with a small number of images during upload and metadata sync operations. To remove this restriction, you can buy a license for it here.
Try it for free, then buy a license key here to unlock all the features.
Your license will be emailed to your PayPal address within a few minutes of payment being cleared. If you click on the 'Return to seller' link in PayPal, it will be issued immediately and displayed on-screen. You can access it at any time by logging into the helpdesk and using the License Manager. The license is tied to the email address you use for your Alamy account however, so please enter it in the box above.
