Terms and Conditions


None of your personal details are stored by us, apart from your email address which is used to create an account on the helpdesk. The payment details are processed entirely by a major payment provider and transmitted using industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

If paying by card, your address details are required by the payment provider for fraud prevention purposes and are not used nor stored by us in any way at all.


All licenses are delivered by email to the email address given during payment. Under normal circumstances licenses will be delivered within a few minutes of the purchase being completed. This will happen when the payment is cleared in the case of deferred payments such as eCheck.

Licenses are available for retrieval at any time by logging into the helpdesk using the email address that was used to buy the license originally.

Refunds and Cancellations

All products are available for trial and testing purposes at no charge. It is expected that customers have made use of this trial period before buying a license. Refunds will be offered in the case where problems are discovered after purchase which could not have been found during the free trial. Refunds will also be offered in the case where multiple licenses have been bought in error. Refunds for other circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process refunds within three working days of the refund being agreed.

Cancellations are not accepted since all plugins are available for free and without registration for evaluation purposes. Because of this, licenses are not sold on a trial basis. In committing to purchase a license you are stating that the features, functionality and requirements of the software are acceptable to you.
